Description

Table Cheese knife perforated stepped blade. Used to cut soft cheeses like “Taleggio, Stracchino,…”. Drilling helps the cheese not to adhere to the blade during cutting. The blade, in a lower position compared to the handle, helps to avoid touching the work surface with your hand while cutting.
