The innovative “L” shaped blade along with the perfect sharpening will improve and speed up the works, allowing a fast and clean cut of cheese wheels, without waste.
The graduate scale engraved on the blade allows the center of the wheels to be identified more easily.
The two handles with two different height allow the necessary force to be applied in a more uniform way.
The new portioning knife is available with wooden or POM plastic material riveted handle.
