Bharbjt presents the new two handled cheese knife with curved blade.
The particular blade profile allow to cut the cheese wheels and portioning cheese in an easy way, reducing the strength needed.
The 38 cm blade is made by AISI 420MOV steel (1.4116). The two polypropylene handle, overmolded directly on the blade, guarantee the maximum possible hygiene.
This knife is dishwaser safe.
